DCS: A Brief History
DCS has been serving distribution with business systems solutions
since 1968. We specialize in supplying business systems to
wholesalers of hard goods. Originally founded by six distributors
of plumbing supplies in 1968, DCS has continued to serve
distribution industries as its sole activity since then. Plumbing,
Electrical, Air-conditioning and Heating distributors throughout
the Country have used DCS software to grow their margins and their
businesses for over 30 years. Now DCS has hundreds of clients
throughout the USA and the world. In the early 1980s, we served our
first company in the Lifting and Load Securement Industry. Since
that time we have dedicated our efforts to design, produce and
maintain the best system available in the world for distributors
and fabricators of wire rope, wire rope assemblies, soft rope, soft
rope assemblies, webbing, webbing assemblies, tie downs, chain and
chain assemblies. Today SUCCESS 2000+ is the only business software
that is specifically designed for this type of industry. SUCCESS
2000+ has more than 70 wire rope, synthetic web and chain
distributors. Most of these companies, along with DCS, are members
