debugs, and documents programs for projects. Assist on more complex
projects. Work under more senior programmers to prepare
specifications and user requirements. Assist with encoding,
testing, debugging, and documenting small programs or program
modules. Prepares specifications and programs of a highly technical
or complex nature. Assist with application or technical problems. A
nalyze objectives and problems specified by client base or
