Contributes to general business planning regarding technology and systems required

to maintain company operations and competitiveness. Recognizes new developments

in information systems technology, and anticipates organizational modifications.

Establishes long-term needs for information systems, and plans strategy for

developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet application needs. Ensures

confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual

property. Functions as top level contact to assist end users in determining IS

requirements and solutions.

Description

Office administrators undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration

activities within an organization run smoothly. Responsible for accommodation and

property facilities and records.

Perform the following tasks:

supervise and coordinate activities of staff
be involved in staff training and development,
prepare and make recommendations to management
locate suitable accommodation
provide and maintain accommodation and other facilities including plant and equipment
review and answer correspondence
Personal Requirements:

> good oral and written communication skills
> experience in office management
> aptitude for working with computers
> well organized
